1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bd2999 platform located at bd2999.club (the "Platform"), you ("User", "Player", or "you") acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and bd2999 ("we", "us", or "the Company").

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

3 Account Registration

3.3 One Account Per Player

If bd2999 identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual — whether by name, payment method, IP address, device ID, or any other identifier — all duplicate accounts will be closed. Any balances in duplicate accounts will be subject to review and may be voided.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.2 Pricing Errors

In the event of an obvious pricing error (for example, odds that are significantly divergent from the true market price due to a technical fault), bd2999 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous odds and return the stake to the player's account. No winnings will be paid on bets placed knowingly at incorrect prices.

5.3 Casino Game Integrity

6 Bonuses & Promotions

7 Prohibited Conduct

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another individual, or using forged identity documents during registration or KYC verification.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

bd2999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargeback disputes initiated through your payment provider.
• Requests made by the account holder for self-exclusion or account closure under our responsible gaming programme.
• Legal obligation or instruction from a competent authority.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months without any deposits, wagers, or withdrawals.

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Any gambling losses incurred through your use of the Platform, including losses that you believe resulted from compulsive or problem gambling behaviour.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. bd2999 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, though we take all reasonable steps to maintain a reliable and protected service environment.

10 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. The majority of disputes are resolved promptly at this stage.

10.1 Internal Complaints Process

If you have a complaint regarding a game outcome, a payment, or a decision made by bd2999, you may submit a formal written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". Please include your account username, the date and nature of the issue, and any supporting reference numbers. bd2999 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a final resolution within 14 business days.

10.2 Finality of Settled Markets

Once a sporting event or casino game round has been settled by bd2999's system, the result is considered final. bd2999 will only reopen a settled market in cases of clear and demonstrable technical error where server logs confirm an incorrect outcome was recorded. Dissatisfaction with a losing bet outcome does not constitute grounds for dispute.

10.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall be interpreted to give maximum effect to the original intent of the parties.

10.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the bd2999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bd2999 with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior understandings, representations, or agreements — whether oral or written — relating to the same subject matter. No waiver by bd2999 of any breach of these Terms shall be considered a waiver of any subsequent breach.
